Base Rates

Package Surcharges (₦)
Added to standard parcel shipments (0 = no surcharge)
Negative values = discount (e.g. -200 = ₦200 off)

Bulk Discount Tiers
Tiers are checked in descending order of minimum quantity. A shipment matching a tier gets a discount applied as a fraction of the base price (e.g. 0.10 = 10% off).
